Oh baby, we have some BIG NEWS!
Our CEO, Dr. Richard Thompson, has just welcomed a new baby girl!
We’d like to introduce you all to little miss Sylvie!
Both mom and baby are doing well and Rick is absolutely over the moon to welcome another daughter. His firstborn daughter, Niamh, is already adapting to her new role as big sister, so all is well in the Thompson household.
As you can probably guess, this means that Rick is now on paternity leave for the next two months. If you have any urgent questions or requests, please email our Head of Operations, Mary Rose Roberts, at maryrose@findacure.org.uk.
We want to thank you for all the love, well wishes and congratulations shown to Rick and his family over the course of this week. We’re thrilled to have a new Findacurie in our family and we can’t wait for Rick’s return in a few months!
